Through case studies including the United States of America, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, the training analyzes leadership structures, electoral systems, coalition governance, consensus-based decision-making, and fiscal federal arrangements.
Special attention is given to Switzerland’s Federal Council model, demonstrating how power-sharing, proportional representation, and financial equalization mechanisms contribute to stable and inclusive federal governance.
